History

Vann Whipple Milligan, P.C. was formed in 2014 by Carl W. Vann, Michael L. Whipple and Allison B. Milligan. The three principals worked together for 17 years at Holland Shipes Vann, P.C. before starting their own practice. Carl and Mike have known and worked together for more than 30 years.
